The vision statement for the Horizon School, Hartlepool, acts as the guiding principle that all students excel within the provision and leave here with their life chances improved.  All stakeholders – Staff, the Management Committee, Students, Parents and Carers, work together to make this happen. 

It is our intent that we will support all young people to succeed in their lives and will not give up on any young person. To achieve this, the provision will work with all agencies to support the Hartlepool Child and Adult Services status of ‘A first class education’ for every Hartlepool learner, which states that a first class education will also enable children and young people to develop socially, emotionally and physically.
